CONDITIONS

***NEW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL***

1. If you are sick and are experiencing cold and/or flu-like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Give us a call at: (425) 616-9343 and we can reschedule your appointment (without rescheduling penalties) to a later date.

2. Please arrive at the scheduled time for your appointment and wait in your vehicle until we call you or one of our staff members signal that it is time for you to come in. We are only allowing one client in the studio at a time.

3. Bring and wear a face mask for the entire duration of your appointment. If you do not have one, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide one for you.

4. Once you enter the studio, you are required to wash your hands at the hand washing station. Please be aware that we will also conduct a temperature check as an additional safety precaution.

5. Do not bring guests or pets to your appointment. This is to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

6. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your appointment so please dress comfortability in loose fitting clothes, yoga pants, sweatshirts, etc. If you think that there is a possibility that you will get cold during your appointment, you are more than welcome to bring your own blanket.

We have always taken extreme measures to reduce the spread of infection and diseases. The steps we have always and will continue to take are:

  •  Properly sanitizing beds and tools before and after each client.

  •  Wearing the proper PPE to protect ourselves and our clients. This includes (but is not limited to): Washing and sanitizing our hands before putting on gloves. Wearing proper eyewear and surgical face masks. All artists will wear gowns over their clothes and change in between each client.

  • Spraying down door handles and common surfaces more frequently.

  • Minimizing the number of guests inside the studio. Only one guest is allowed at a time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

While microblading is great for most people, there are some people who are ineligible for microblading:

  1. Those prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, since microblading punctures the skin as we add ink, we cannot work with clients with these conditions.

  2.  If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis. Again, microblading artists cut the skin so it is our policy not to work with these conditions.

  3.  If you’ve had Botox, Juvederm or other fillers in that area. Depending on the timing, we recommend to get microblading first! Otherwise, check with your doctor. Many artists may request a note from your doctor first.

  4. Patients undergoing chemotherapy. Although microblading is great for restoring eyebrows, we would require a doctor’s note in order to perform the procedure for anyone undergoing chemotherapy.

  5. If you have any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows.

  6. Pregnant and nursing women must wait until they aren't pregnant or breastfeeding.

  7. If you are using Accutane or any acne medication, you may need to stop using it before microblading. Please check with your doctor.

  8. Anybody who is ill or not feeling well. Please be courteous and reschedule an appointment if you are not feeling well! We completely understand if you are sick, we just want to keep everyone safe.

  9. Please do not bring guests or pets to your appointment; this is to prevent distractions and cross-contamination.

RESULTS

Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results.  Although I use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results.  I do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and tattooing will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read though my entire FAQ section carefully to see if this procedure will be beneficial to you. All services provided are non-refundable.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed.  We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable.

A $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment and the deposit is forfeited.

**IMPORTANT**

Please read the FAQ section to determine whether you are a good candidate for these procedures. If upon arrival we determine that you can not go through with the procedure because of a condition listed in the FAQ section, your deposit will be non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Please give us at least 48 hours notice before cancelling an appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. To reschedule, you will need to email me. Please DO NOT book a new appointment before contacting us. Any client rescheduling their appointment more than two times is agreeing to forfeit their deposit as it is difficult for us to fill the spot with little notice. Clients who cancel their appointment entirely will also forfeit their deposit as they are non-refundable. There is a $50 cancellation fee for clients who don't provide 48 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling. We refuse the right to refuse appointments to any clients who have no called/no showed and clients who have not given 48 hour notice prior to cancelling (especially if this has occurred numerous times).

TOUCH UPS

We recommend that you schedule your touch-up 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. Microblading is a two-step process, the first appointment helps us see how well your skin can retain the pigment and the second appointment we can add more depth to your brows as well as adding in spots that may need to be re-touched. How well your brows heal are very dependent on each person and how well you take care of your brows according to the after-care instructions. Touch-ups are almost always needed to achieve desired results. Most clients who leave their brows alone (no picking, scratching) for the first 10 days experience great healed results after just one visit so a touch up may not be required in some cases.

Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the time frame from your last appointment.
